Robin D. Benjamin brings over 15 years of legal expertise to his practice, where he focuses on civil insurance litigation. He is the managing partner at Benjamin Legal Group, founded in 2013 with offices in Miami and Tampa, Florida. He has worked in complex commercial litigation, homeowner insurance disputes, professional liability, and million-dollar commercial property claims, but he prefers the civil side of insurance litigation. Benjamin is a hometown hero, raised in Miami, Florida, and fighting for the legal interests of Miami residents and business owners since 2007. 

He graduated form St. Thomas University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate. Benjamin has also served as counsel for The Morgan Law Group, the largest personal injury firm in America, since 2007, before opening his own practice. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Miami-Dade County Bar Association, and the Broward Bar Association.
